It's not about letting yourself being depressed and said, but at the same time, people seem to be terrified of the idea of just a bit melancholy. Then there are those who embrace it as a way of living, what's the use, let's go goth kind of folk. You say balance. Do you think you've been balanced? Are you facing your sadness and giving it as much time as your positive optimism (or the other way around)?
